1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using Super Duper Roofs' Services, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not engage our Services.

2. Services Provided

Super Duper Roofs provides a monthly marketing system for roofing contractors, which may include:

• A custom, hand-coded website, including hosting, domain management, business email, and unlimited content edits and SEO page additions

• Google Business Profile management, including initial optimization, ongoing posting, citation building, and other local SEO activity

• Review generation strategy and supporting fulfillment materials

The specific scope of Services provided to you is defined by your service agreement and selected plan.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any access, assets, or approvals reasonably required for us to perform the Services (e.g., domain registrar access, Google Business Profile access, photos, licensing information). Delays in providing this information may delay results. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us and for complying with all applicable laws in your business operations.

4. Term, Payment & Cancellation

Services are billed on a monthly retainer basis. Your initial service term is 12 months from the start date. After the initial term, your agreement continues on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled by either party with [30] days' written notice. Fees are due as outlined in your service agreement; non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services, including suspension of your website and Google Business Profile management. Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Performance & Results

We guarantee a 100 score on all Google PageSpeed Insights performance metrics for websites we build, as this is a technical outcome within our direct control. However, search engine rankings, website traffic, lead volume, and review acquisition depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and customer behavior. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead, or revenue outcomes.

6. Website Ownership & Intellectual Property

During your active service term, Super Duper Roofs retains ownership of the underlying website code, templates, and technical infrastructure developed for your account. Upon completion of your minimum term and provided your account is in good standing, ownership of your website may be transferred to you according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Your business name, logo, photos, and content remain your property at all times. All Super Duper Roofs branding, methodology, and proprietary tools remain the property of Super Duper Roofs.

7. Data Privacy

We collect and use business and customer data solely to deliver the Services. You retain ownership of your business data, and grant us a license to access and use it as needed to perform the Services, including managing your Google Business Profile and website. 8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." Super Duper Roofs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, to the extent permitted by law, including losses related to third-party platform changes (e.g., Google algorithm or policy updates).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for breach of these terms or non-payment of fees. Termination during the initial 12-month term does not relieve you of payment obligations for the remainder of that term, except as otherwise outlined in your service agreement.

10. Modifications to Terms

Super Duper Roofs may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
